We loved the balcony on the river with a small screen door. A little noisy with wet pavement and sirens on Saturday night. We just put in earplugs and it was fine with the door open.

Location is great. The room is a bit outdated. Staffs are nice but there is no common area for sit down to have some snacks! Overall is ok.

Great property. They do a wonderful (included) breakfast. About 10min walk from train station (very doable), absolute stunning views from room. Service was great. Will return!!!

Excellent place and room Very good staff however strange operating hours. 8am to 8pm odd. Since most people checkout before 8am to catch plane or early train for example. Also was very difficult to get a taxi at 6:30 am. Luckily after 6 different cells to taxi companies we got one. Thanks to the receptionist lady. Very good hotel.

This hotel is very nice, located right off the river in Lucerne, in turnoff town, very close to the city wall and watch towers. About 15 mins walk from the train station and ferry terminal, there is a bus 9 that stops closeby. The rooms are very clean and our family room of 4 has three beds located in sort of three different rooms. Breakfast was included and nice. Staff are friendly and happy to explain directions etc. Highly recommended.

This property is the best value in Luzern! A great place with an amazing view, clean rooms and breakfast included for a great price. The room was clean, sleek and spacious with a great view of the river from our balcony. The bedding was very comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The staff was amazingly friendly and the room included a continental breakfast each morning. The hotel is walking distance to everything and located on the river side of the town, which we find more scenic and quaint than the lakeside. Being a smaller boutique hotel, it was more peaceful than the larger hotels with no noise from other guests. There was no AC but we had a great breeze at night from the river so our room stayed at a comfortable temperature. Overall, it was a great stay and we would highly recommend.
