“Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!”

“My husband and I have many wonderful memories of our stays at Benmiller Inn over the years.
Several issues combined to make what should have been a relaxing overnight getaway a very frustrating experience.
When we first entered our room, we discovered that the door was unlocked. Reception, simply said it "sometimes doesn't close properly." We found this response concerning, as guests should never have to worry about the security of their room.

“We have stayed here once before back in 2020 during COVID when there were plenty of restrictions (No breakfast, no pool, masks) WE loved Goderich and wanted to come back. WE chose the Comfort Suites as our best option. When we arrived this time we were informed the pool was closed - this after a trip to St. Jacob's in February where we were informed the pool was closed there, as well. Why can't these closures be posted on EXPEDIA when a person is booking??? Expedia is dropping the ball here.……
