Fantastic experience

I was very impressed with this property. The staff all went out of their way to help me with various needs I had. The concierge Daniel went above the call of duty to walk me to the store because it was evening and I didn’t know where to go. I can’t say enough good things about this property! The room was spacious and comfortable and every experience I had was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property and will stay there for my next trip to Rome

Nice room; poor breakfast restaurant staffing

Pros: Convenience to city center. It was very clean. It was comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast restaurant training. The easiest approach would be to assign a group of tables to one person who would meet every need of those seated.
Location: Good
We found the room and facility very relaxing. However, the restaurant for breakfast was poorly organized. The food was very good however. When entering for breakfast the staff did not seem to know who should wait on us, and finally the head waiter had to help us. Staff overlooked those who needed more coffee and those who needed initial service. It was comical to watch the staff hoover around seemingly without know who should do what job. We enjoyed the 6th floor restaurant very much. Their service was top notch. The food was good. One night we were awakened by malfunctioning fire alarm, but were treated nicely with many apologies offered.

Pros: Great location and beautiful rooms.
Location: Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Across from US Embassy
Newly renovated hotel with beautiful rooms. I booked a terrace room and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and went to great lengths to allow us to check in early. Also, the roof top bar with hookah was a lot of fun.

Great Hotel and Fantastic Staff.

Pros: location and fresh remodel of the hotel make it feel brand new with old world charm. Hotel staff was great.
Location: very close to the Spanish steps, Borghese Gallery, Trevi and lots of shopping.
Location is just minutes from the Spanish Steps but yet on a nice quiet street and very walkable to most sites. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are all freshly remodeled and very comfortable. Don't miss the rooftop pool and lounge area after a long day of sightseeing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel except for.....

The hotel was FANTASTIC, except for the renovations they were doing that woke us up every morning except Sunday. Was as loud as it can be. Felt like it was on the other side of the wall. They did give us free shuttle service to the airport for the inconvienience. Would have rather paid to get to the airport and slept an hour or two longer. Front desk was EXTREMELY helpful with getting us train tickets we needed, and helping us plan our days. VERY good front desk service !!

Rome stay

Good location. They were doing construction, which we could hear from our room. It really wasn't an issue as we were out and about all day. Short distance to metro and bus stops. The breakfast was very good, but always the same items. Would stay there again

部屋は良かったが。。。

hotels.comには明記されていなかったのでhotel到着時にホテル前の道路が工事で道が塞がっており、ホテルロビーも改装中でエリアにはお手洗い無し、HPを確認して初めて事態を把握。私達の部屋はリフォームが完了してたのが不幸中の幸い。ルームサービスには電話がつながらず、毎回フロントからオーダー、朝食?で親子体調不良、ソファベットは毎日出しっ放し。
