The hotel is conveniently located and staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast is fresh, tasty, offers lots of choices. The gym is small. The guest room should have more charger stations for i phones and there is no charger converter for international travelers.

Friendly welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable quiet room, short walking distance from Munich central train/subway station and walking distance to old town. The fully cooked breakfast buffet was a bonus as well.

Great hotel - convenienr, comfortable
Overall, it was a great hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many vegetarian/vegan options and the location is very convenient close to the central station and 10 minutes away on foot from the city centre. The room was comfortable and fit our requirements for a family of three me, my partner and my son who was only 11 month old at the time of our stay. One thing that could be improved is cleanliness. I found some rubbish on the floor after cleaning although it wasn’t too much. I would expect at least the floor to be cleaned well enough not to have any rubbish.

The hotel is good, the staff are excellent. The only let down to this hotel is the area which at night can be a bit seedy and on occasions there were groups of men hanging around which made it feel intimidating although we had no issues ourselves.

They tried to put me on the first floor facing the street close to the elevator which was corrected after I insisted at check-in. Two days into my stay the guest wifi in my room went out and never worked again despite me asking. Call the reception to ask if they have a water filter in the lobby. They didn't know and told me that I could drink tap water or use one from the mini bar. Baffled I went to the store and bought some.

Some staff were rude and argumentative. Rust in shower head. Phone in room was not working. Neighbor doors slam shut throughout the day and night. Main gate rotating door broken. Horrible food at restaurant. Heat can only be set at 24c max. You can hear plumbing noise from next door. This is in no way a 4 star hotel.

Decent property. I would have stayed a few more days, but the price skyrocketed. Friendly staff and nice sauna. I just wish they would tell you, it needs 30 minutes to warm up. I have a tight schedule, and when I fit in a sauna session, I can't wait 30 minutes. Not the best area, but there were some good Mediterranean restaurants near by. Overall I would recommend it

Fully met expectations with a plus.
Overall very pleased with this hotel. Friendly staff, nice room design, well maintained and clean. The room was exactly as presented on the pictures on hotels.com. Loved the rainfall shower. The only negative thing was that I heard the neighbour, who was walking like an elephant and that stomping was annoying.

A fantastic spot in Munich that ahs good access to transport and dining, with very comfortable rooms and good amenities. Although not located in the Old Town area, it's extremely easy to get to all of the key areas of Munich quickly. Will definitely consider staying here next time I visit.

The stay was okay, but not worth the cost. I was awoken in the morning to the sound of running water. I assumed my wife had left the shower on but found the noise was water in the pipes behind the wall. Not at all what you would expect of a hotel in this price range. Poor attention to detail. There was only one towel in the room instead of two. There were no instructions on the phone as to how to call the front desk. The phone is placed by the bed and occupies the bed's power jack. Other power jack was behind a heavy glass table. Hotel wi-fi is not secured. The lighting switches in the room were confusing. The area around the hotel is not great. We were awoken a few times by shouting from the street. (We were on the 3rd floor.) Although its by the train station, which is good, the area was filled with late-night take-out places, filled with people just hanging out. I would not have felt comfortable letting my wife walk alone in the area. Good news is that its a 25 minute walk from Marienplatz
