It's a few blocks from the main train station but a long walk to Marienplatz. The neighborhood looks like it's mostly middle eastern but it feels safe and it's clean. The big plus is the large number of places to eat at reasonable prices. The hotel facilities were excellent

The hotel was great but unfortunately it is in a very busy neighborhood with a lot of foot traffic and shops so it is very noisy. It did quiet down around 11 pm but you definitely need air plugs if noise bothers you.

Great wrap-up to week-long trip
Final stop on a week-long drive through Bavaria. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Munich station and an easy 20 minutes or so stroll to Marienplatz and all it offers. Room was nice and spacious and air conditioning was welcome with temperatures in the 30s Celsius. Staff was extremely friendly and little things like free water and coffee available in the lobby was appreciated. It all added up to a great weekend in Munich.

Hotel really nice. Staff where really friendly. When we arrived he gave us a map of where to go. Spent the time to explain the various areas to go see. Made us feel very welcome. The hotel and the staff made us feel very welcome. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Munich.

We picked the hotel based on price and proximity to the U-Bahn as we were doing some day trips. We loved the hotel, amenities, and staff. Breakfast was pricey at 17€ but very good. It was a relatively easy walk to Marienplatz and other Munich attractions. However the neighborhood was sketchy, especially at night. Crowds of men gathered outside various establishments on sidewalks, sometimes blocking them, and on corners. You had to walk through these groups to pass and they wouldn’t always move, even when asked politely. It was unsettling.

What an absolutely great find. This hotel is fantastically placed to visit Munich. 5 minutes walk from the main rail station and 10 minutes walk to the old town area. All staff were so helpful and nothing was an inconvenience to them. If you’re planning a visit to Munch then I strongly recommend this great little hotel.

A beautiful little hotel with innovative approaches to eco-friendliness. A beautiful breakfast room and high quality cold items including a juicer. Really enjoyed getting up to those breakfasts! Extremely friendly and in an excellent location. Excellent value

Great except for the stairs
It’s a great hotel on all accounts. Except it should be noted for individuals with mobility issues that you have to go up five steps to get to the elevator and it only goes up six floors. It does not go to the seventh floor. That really should be in the info on the website somewhere. If it was, I didn’t see it in. I was fine, but this was an FYI for others.

Surprisingly nice. While the surrounding neighborhood is nothing special, I chose the hotel due to the proximity to the main train station, as I needed a convenient route to a conference I was attending. When you walk into the hotel, you are greeted by smiling faces, no matter the time of day. The rooms are comfortable and have plenty of outlets (big for me to charge everything). The shower is hot. The breakfast is plentiful. The room safe is convenient. All in all, a nice hotel.

This is a great property to get a good night's rest. Not a lot of amenities, just a comfortable spot to rest your head. Breakfast is pretty simple, but is nice to have access to food and drink after hours in the lobby.

We are sorry that beside this aspects we were not able to convience. A hotel in the center of a big city and close to the train station will never be based in a totally quiet neighborhood. Elevator is very small and a pain with loading luggage. Our first room was extremely noisy from the street sounds - they kindly moved us to another room which was much better.

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. Loved the libby and our room. Hallways were under construction which was a disappointment. Also the bar/ restaurant was still closed which was sad. Overall a nice stay.
