The hotel was very clean and taken care of. I would stay there again if in the area.

Will not stay again.

I normally stay in another hotel which is less expensive but cleaner and offers a free full breakfast. I will not stay at LaQuinta in Lufkin, Texas again. I have stayed at other LaQuinta hotels that were very nice but this one is NOT nice at all. The staff was good.

Nice Hotel

Cons: musty room warning that the pool is closed
Nice hotel, room a little musty, Pool closed, blah, kids groups running around the balconies late at night making noise.

Affordable, good choice

check-in was fast and easy. room was ready on arrival. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful,and front desk was quick at keeping the kitchen area clean and wiped.

Would like to receive hotel receipt

When I checked out they would not give me a receipt for my stay. I have no idea what I have been charged. They said I would receive it from Expedia. Have not received it yet.

When you booked your reservation you should have received a confirmation email. If you have any questions there should be a email or phone number to retrieve your receipt. I am sorry you have not received one yet. Hope you have a great day. Thank you for choosing La Quinta.
