Negatives: our room had no ice bucket, & though I requested 1 from the front desk our first day, never got it in the 3 days we were there; the safe didn’t work—couldn’t reset it, so never used it. ”

“We booked a last minute weekend stay here after our original flight was cancelled. The staff was beyond friendly and the location was wonderful.. about 2 blocks from the French Market, close enough to the action but not so close that you were up all night. We got to watch a couple parades go by (wedding, protest, and a just because parade lol) the courtyard and pool area are very cute. The building itself is older, as are most buildings in the heart of the French Quarter so the rooms were on……
