Bad experience

Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Hotel was full of insects, mostly small black bugs. Every time I turned around, there were more of them. Bathroom floor was dirty. I was double-charged, supposedly refunded. Checked in by a 12 year old child of the owner. This was crazy. One of the worst experiences of my hotel life. Quality Inn?

Very disappointed

Recently remodeled means they put some paint on the holes they patched in the walls. The beds appeared to be new too, but they were not very comfortable. The bathroom was not remodeled yet, so Maintenance woke us up at 7:00 am to try to do the work. I was also double charged for the room.
