Great place, great price

Was only there for one night, but had a great stay. There were problems with check in but the staff was courteous and apologetic. My room was clean. Continental breakfast was fine. It's an older hotel but I would stay again.

Horrible beds

Beds are horrible. Room very unclean. Will not be staying here ever again.

A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH..............

Hello again people... Allow me not to put down the more expensive and bigger conglomerates but there comes a time that you can , with a little research, find yourself a diamond in the rough......THE RAMADA LULING was mine....you must be your own judge of the place... It comes with some great amenities...l give it ten thumbs up!!!!!!!

Nice location, terrible upkeep

The lobby is nice, breakfast is included and if you can find food not bad. However there wasn’t much food to eat (or coffee) at 8am. Our room wasn’t clean, the sheets had not been changed, the bathroom used. We got another room, there were blood spots in the bathroom and a cleaning bottle left behind. For the price I expected much more—this was the absolute worst Ramada I’ve ever stayed in. Go somewhere else!

not what I expected

Checked in and as I always look under the mattress for bugs found 9 empty vodka bottles, I had to daily ask for my room to be cleaned; I asked to speak to the manager with the night front desk clerk and the next day with the day clerk and still have not heard from the GM disappointing

The area was nice

Staff rude,toilet dirty,charged my card and when asked to change cards to my husbands she swiped his to. She used both. I tried to address the situation,but she was to busy talking and ignored me for several minutes . Her name was Kathy.

Nice hotel close to the freeway

Nice hotel close to the freeway . Would advise against using third-party booking if you are working in the area call the hotel first

Right on the river

Room wasn’t ready at check in and dirty. Did not clean room for second night stay. Bathtub stained and in poor condition. Staff not real friendly except for the maintainence guy. Restaurant next door was closed, not much around for food options so had to go to Kenner.
