All carpets smell dusty

A/C and hair dryer doesn't work and all carpets smell very bad.

It could use come love/renovation. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room had a mildew/cigarette smell to it

Time to Upgrade

Pros: Convenient to my job assignment in the area.
Cons: Bathrooms, Tub and Towels - Time to replace.
Believe it's time to upgrade the bathrooms and especially the hotel towels, almost thin enough to see through. Also, the housekeeping this time around was poor, did not refill supplies used to original start. Shorted Coffee condiments & took away soap, but did not replace it with new bars.

Stayed here because the price was reasonable. The lady at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. The only problem with the hotel is that it is somewhat distant from New Orleans. There isn't really anything close to the hotel when it comes to getting a quick bite to eat. I would stay here again because of the exceptional service I was given by the staff.

1. Our room only worked one time despite having it reset twice (maintenance man's worked fine, so I'm thinking front desk didn't know what they were doing). 2. Sparks were shooting out of numerous outlets 3. Container of old, moldy.chili cheese fries in microwave. 4.Day 2 tried to have new front desk person fix keys. She cancelled our room and put us in different one before even discussing it and then refused to give us key to new room until we vacated old. This meant we had to stand in hallway with belongings and 2 kids for 30 min until she got us a new key. Not happy about how this situation was handled at all.
