stay away from days inns

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: find different hotel
Incredibly depressing, rusty towel bars, pillows that should not be on a bed in a hotel, sheets you don't want to put your head on. Did not sleep here left, went to a different hotel. Would have slept in the car if I could not find a room.

Hotel staff is unfriendly and extremely lazy. Rooms are below average and smell really bad.

Good price but you pay for what you get.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: First impressions. Sidewalks, doors painted.
Checking in was fine. Right off the highway felt good. But as soon as we got out of car we felt like we were in an episode of criminal minds. Cigarette butts everywhere. Stains on sidewalk. The door to our room was old, dented, not painted nice and had a huge gap to the outside. We adapted and took a swim in a semi cloudy pool. You could tell the pump wasn't working to full capacity. It wasn't dirty just cloudy. It was the only thing relaxing to me about the place. And make sure you bring pool towels. There is a sign in lobby that says they don't supply extra towels if verbalized they are for the pool. Mattresses were not too bad, bathrooms were sort of scary, not necessarily dirty, but in need of updating. The rugs were dirty as the housemaid does not move furniture around to get behind chairs. The area itself had some restaurants but most people were rude. Breakfast in lobby was nice.

Family trip north

Hotel room was fine. Management felt that since we got a reduced rate, we could not have a first floor room and first room assigned had just had carpet and sofa shampooed -- thus still very wet. We got settled in a room eventually. Rest of staff including a maintenance person were okay and treated us just fine. Overall, the stay was just fine but, next time probably would not use same chain.

Stay Away

This place was filthy. Mold in the bathroom, carpet was dirty. I have never stayed in a place so dirty. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.
