Absolutely rude manager

When we checked in the nighttime manager Shirley, would not even smile,she wasn't even at her front desk we had to yell for her. The security door was not locked and there is a bar and restaurant in this hotel they did not have enough towels in the room the bathroom the TV wasn't working I had to fix that, the Internet did not work. I called down for more towels and Shirley told me to come down and get them. I called Holiday Inn customer service the next day and all they wanted to do was debate me. they refused any kind of compensation, the hotel called me and admitted that Shirley is a miserable person and refused any kind of compensation. stay away from this place it is pathetic
