Cons: The wifi and TV buffered consistently during our stay, it was hard watching TV with the screen going black every 15 minutes.
Overall the stay was good in regard to the comfort of the room, but the wifi and satellite TV buffered consistently.

Thanksgiving close to family

Hotel convenient had a restaurant bar friendly staff. Would visit again.

Absolutely rude manager

When we checked in the nighttime manager Shirley, would not even smile,she wasn't even at her front desk we had to yell for her. The security door was not locked and there is a bar and restaurant in this hotel they did not have enough towels in the room the bathroom the TV wasn't working I had to fix that, the Internet did not work. I called down for more towels and Shirley told me to come down and get them. I called Holiday Inn customer service the next day and all they wanted to do was debate me. they refused any kind of compensation, the hotel called me and admitted that Shirley is a miserable person and refused any kind of compensation. stay away from this place it is pathetic

Thanksgiving stay

We arrived a few hours before check in and the staff made sure there was a room available for us. Housekeeping did not disturb us and accommodated us with linen as needed.

OK for an overnight stop

Pros: Very close to I95.
Cons: General condition
AC was so noisy I had to turn it off overnight. Fridge almost as noisy. It has the coffeemaker in the bathroom which is a really bad idea. The room was reasonably clean, but pricey. It is connected to a Denny's restaurant, good value for breakfast. We stayed there overnight, while going from FL to NY. Probably will choose a cheaper motel next time.

Nice hotel while visiting family.

I have stayed at this hotel for several years. Perfect place to stay while visiting family in Lumberton. Very nice pool. Close to many restaurants. Employees in both the hotel and restaurant really nice and helpful.

Hotel is fine for the price. Front desk staff are polite, Rooms are clean. Denny's is attached or there are several restaurants close by.
