Dongmen shopping center

It was really convenient to Dongmen shopping district and subway station is below the hotel. Most of everything is within walking distance. Staff are very friendly also.

Nice hotel overall, nicely located near transport

Wonderful experience despite our short stay in Shenzhen. The room was clean, spacey and we got a free upgrade after knowing that the room we booked was sold out.

Hotel was situated above mrt station. Lots of shopping and food nearby.

Dirty Hotel and Not Well Maintained

This hotel is very dirty, especially the carpet inside our room (2-bedroom suite). Carpet is loose through out our room. Towels are old and very "thin". This hotel is NOT well maintained. We all think that we are being overcharged with this hotel since it should be rated as "2-Star" instead of almost "4-Star".

Language issue. No staff could communicate in English. A mobile translator was required for communication.
