Won't stay there again.

It took more than 30 minutes to check in. They couldn't find reservation made through Expedia. Room was small and whilst recently decorated the bathroom was already looking dirty. Lots of street noise. Room cold as no heating (like most hotels in south China). Didn't get told how to use wifi or where breakfast was, so tried neither. However Starbucks downstairs do offer to deliver to room!

Nice hotel away from tourists

Not a bad choice considering the price. The reception staff could take a leaf out of the dining staffs book. The breakfast not great but adequate. Rooms very clean and tidy. Plenty of restaurants near by. If they can just get the front of house in order they would be on a winner.

Zense spa offers a relaxing escape. Don't expect frills or luxury in the hotel, but the neighbouring area is pleasant enough, with many eateries and reasonable shopping.

I picked this hotel for its location. For the price it's a decent value, but the hotel and rooms are a bit old.

Not worth to stay with not a resonable price

room condition is unacceptable. Wall is seriously cracked, Bedhead leather is stained and damaged badly. Carpet is the worst thing. I will never stay there again.

Great for the price but they need to learn more english.
