Resort needs some repairs to be 4*+ Good reception especially with Juan. Also toilets need to be more functional allowing use of toilet paper to be flushed putting it in waste basket isn’t sanitary. Mattress on pull out couch needs to be changed, also linen for the couch should be available in room. Shower isn’t functional to high and therefor sprays out of shower area. Chairs on balcony could be more comfortable.

The resort was beautiful! All of our rooms were clean and the maids were so kind. All the staff were AMAZING. Especially Jose. We felt very safe the whole trip and had the best time. The beach is also STUNNING! The drinks are amazing too.
