Older hotel, still a great stay

We had a wedding to attend in downtown Baltimore and this hotel was a great choice. It wasn't too far from the venue and it was much cheaper than anything we could find closer. The facility is a little bit dated but the room seemed updated and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience and would stay there again!

Really nice didn't want it to end. The pool was clean & beautiful, the room was clean, sheets were clean & the staff was respectful.

Close to downtown.

Hotel was clean. No refrigerator or microwaves in the room. A ten minute drive to downtown Baltimore and lots of restaurants close to the hotel. Would stay again.

NEAR THE HIGHWAY AND SHOPPING

Pros: The front desk staff were outstanding. The lobby was quite nice.
Cons: Housekeeping responsiveness and the hotel management returning calls.
I was happy with my check-in and the room looked good upon first review as I was staying for 2 nights. Then I noted that one of the light bulbs would not light. So, I left a note for housekeeping to replace the light bulb and I left a tip for the staff member. When I returned that evening, my tip money was gone, but the light bulb was not replaced. Then, after checking out and driving to DC, I found that I had left my black Reebok dress shoes in the room (245). I called the hotel twice, leaving a message for housekeeping each time asking them if they found my shoes. I never received a response from the hotel. I was disappointed that they wouldn't even return my call. Although I'm a member of their hotel program, I'll not stay at a Radisson Hotel again.

Pay the extra $20 to stay some place nicer

Pros: The front staff and the lower price
Cons: Fix the ceiling tiles, this should be a no-brainer. Update bathrooms - details people...details.
Location: We stayed here for a wedding that was nearby - but we used to leave near here and there's a great rock climbing gym just down the street!
This place is just OK. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, however when we were on our way to our room the cleaning staff were blocking our way and they acted like we were in their way...not so pleasant. Our room was ok until you went into the bathroom where there were several ceiling tiles that were pushed up and you could see all the building innards and the tub was grimy looking..again, not so pleasant. We were only staying for a short night so I wanted to find a cheaper hotel option, but next time I'll pay the extra bucks to stay in a Hilton (which got better reviews). This wasn't a huge deal for us, but the description of the room said "room with a view"....which was a view of the inside of the hotel.

The staff was courteous and professional. Replaced broken ironing board within minutes. Room was clean and no problems with tv etc. Very happy with the stay.

Hmmmm

Hotel room was clean but the pool wasn't open. The furniture in the front lobby was dirty and stained. No breakfast.

Cons: customer service and needs updating more amenities.
Location: close to freeways
Continued training should be provided to staff on friendly customer service. In addition the hotel is in need of major updates.

Noise a problem

Location: The location was excellent for it was a business trip
Good location for what I needed, but was very noisy. Somewhat outdated, but such is life.

Pros: Rooms and lobby very nice. Quality of food in the restaurant was very good.
Cons: Service in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely slow.
Very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Extremely helpful staff.
