Appalled is an understatement

Posted Nov 11, 2013
The key did not work to our room. Whilst using the hair dryer it began to melt and burn. We could not eat as there was limited amount of food or drink and no chef. The room was very cold during the night. And no extra blankets.

Luton Town center Hotel

Posted Nov 11, 2013
Pros: Meet all my needs.
Location: Plenty of shops and eateries nearby, also pubs for a night out.
Cannot complain about anything with this hotel, near to main road round and shopping center about 10 minutes walk from rail station. Room clean with all facility's needed for a good stay,check-in also quick and efficient.

you get what you pay for

Posted Nov 9, 2013
Pros: the price
Cons: cleanliness, more helpful staff, free parking.
Location: there is a massive express way.
very difficult to get to off the express way not clearly sign posted. parking was very difficult, having to park on the 5th floor of a multi story with a lift that didn't work and with a baby and suitcases proved very tricky with no assistance offered from the hotel. the hotel room was poor, the room was very cold and the thermostat did not work and I think the room had not been cleaned In a very long time this was clear from the massive dusty cobwebs in the corner of the room.

Good town centre location

Posted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: Well equiped room; helpful staff and location.
Cons: Better breakfast provision - the charges are not cheap so needs fresh fruit, choice of cereals and a wider cooked item selection to warrant the price.
Location: Cinema, ten pin bowling, shopping centre (all the usual shops and eating places); some independent restaurants and all the usual brands.
Stayed here before - good budget hotel, clean, safe and with on site bar and restaurant area. Breakfast over priced (head down to the centre for Wetherspoons as an alternative) - but book in advance to get the best deal. Car park is next door, but chargeable and on the top floor, so not so good if the lift is out of service (as it was for our stay - though the hotel waived the car park fee as compensation). Very good standard rooms for a budget hotel, everything you need and very clean. Desk staff were helpful, polite and efficient. Town centre and main shopping area is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel so access to a choice of restaurants, cinema and pubs. Breakfast was a disappointment on this stay. Expensive and only one choice of cereal, limited options for cooked breakfast and pretty sparten generally.

Very convenient for the airport.

Posted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: Location to airport, quality for price.
Location: Close to airport (10 min drive), short walk to shopping centre and restaurants.
Well run hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful. Car parking is on the 6 floor of the car park and lift was out of order. But due to this we were not charged for the parking. Hotel rooms were very clean and of an excellent standard for the price. No complaints!

Convenient for Luton Airport and M1

Posted Oct 26, 2013 on Hotels
Busy hotel with restaurant facilities from 4am great for the busy traveller. Convenient car parking in public car park pity the lift to the 5th floor was not operating makes for difficulty if heavy cases need to be taken into the hotel.

close to shops and airport value for money

good value for money but if you have a car you have to park on the roof with the lift out of order can be very inconvenient if you have breathing problems if you dont have a car its a convenient hotel

Very comfortable stay

Was made very welcome...I had accidentally booked the day after and only discovered this on arrival....but the member of staff was very good about it - he dealt with it calmly, politely and it was no hassle at all for him to do so.
