Polite and efficient service The original room had 2 futon beds for the kids. On closer inspection the mattresses looked like someone had died on them , to say they were strained is an understatement. However on informing the desk staff they apologised profusely and immediately moves us to an upgraded room with no hassle.

The only thing that was clean in my room was the bathroom. This location is 1 hour away from the center of the city. No one wanted to accept my uber request and when they did it was after 4 or more failed attempts, resulting in us having to wait for more than 30 minutes to get a ride anywhere. Staff was friendly. Room/ lobby smelled like cigarettes, the window had screws in it and a draft (guess it was broken at some point and they band-aid fixed it), ONLY ONE PLUG! (The other one was for the tv which i ended up unplugging and using) my travel adapter didnt fit on the counter for use. Only had a deadbolt for a door lock. I ended up moving chairs and bags to the front door to block it just in case. Had tiny mosquito like bugs flying all around the place. The beds were pushed together and uneven. I honestly wish i could get my money back. I was afraid to use the blow dryer, looked like it got so hot it melted itself. No fridge. No microwave. The staff was super helpful and nice.

Freezing room despite putting extra warmer which also didn’t work; very poor quality kids mattresses on the floor; in spite of the sin request to clean the room, no one did bother to clean it. The morning breakfast serving team members seem to be shouting at each other and hardly bother serving; average breakfast

Bed was comfy, so I slept well. Room was clean and at a nice temperature. No noticable noise from motorway right by hotel. Breakfast expensive, especially considering it's situated on motorway service area so plenty of other options.

Noisiest hotel ever !! no sleep adjacent room with door could hear everything in the next room, could hear the trains passing all night, something squeeking and rumbling sounded like a vent loose, limited 5 item breakfast not even fried eggs. Only 1 plug socket in a family room of 4 and kids had to sleep on a mattress on the floor

Fine for £56 a night
Room was fine however very basic, but it was £56 so absolutely not complaining at that price. It was a little noisy though- doors banging through the night, workman started very early outside, car park being dug up etc.

Staff on reception took some time to make eye contact, did not smile and were not particularly friendly. Staff in the restaurant initially slow. They were interracting loudly with each other and one told colleagues that they were not to take back customers' food (one customer had asked for his food to be cooked longer).

Well located and free easy parking. We had an executive room which was large and clean but only two small pillows, the hotel had no spares when asked. We stayed in a room opposite the main north / south high speed rail line, so some train noise was heard overnight.

There was nothing to like about this location, i have made a list of the things that are unacceptable: Loose plug socket ( arcing, potential electric shock). Floor is disgusting ( looked as if it was never cleaned) Dirty towel ( looked unwashed on arrival) No plug sockets next to bed Loud noises ( for our entire stay children running up and down hallways banging on doors) Dirty bathroom/ mould around the sink Dirty iron left mark on the clothing. Dirty spoon on arrival ( Chocolate )
