Our recent holiday

Pros: The staff who were all helpful and friendly
Cons: The hotel needs a lot of maintenance - it is looking very tired
Location: Location is fantastic
Arrived to see a huge marquee being constructed around the pool/garden area for a corporate event. The noise was horrendous and continued for 4 days 24/7. The few guests not associated with the event were all crammed into a corner around the pool. Sleep and enjoyment of the pool was impossible The management did apologise - but it spoilt our holiday. Assured this will never happen again. Two other nights my husband had to get up in the night and ask for the music to be turned off around the pool.

Great location but terrible service

Great room. Great location. But staff and managers need help with customer service. The money exchange closed early without notice even thou the hours were at the desk. The worker told us he shut down his computer even thou it was 20 mins before he closed. Concierge basically said to bad didn't even try to come up with solution. Also called front desk to see if dinner was included and they told us yes. Then ate didn't get a bill because they told us it was also free. Later in the night we were confronted with a lot of aggression for not paying by the restaurant staff. Explain our story to the manager and he told us we were right but he still made us pay. Worst part was they said we were getting a fair price because of were we come from. I really felt like I was robbed at the hotel

Thank you for getting back to us with your feed back about your stay, we are happy you liked the location and room and as for the dinner issue I am sure there was a misunderstanding because we do not have a half board basis and all reservations are only bed breakfast and any meal extra is paid by the guest. It was very clean, the staff was knowledgeable ,kind , and friendly. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location! Would absolutely stay there again!

3 points I have problems with First, NO HEATING!! the first night I called the reception as the heating was not working and I was told "we don't have any heating, only airconditioning!?! Clearly I was in shock to hear that. They brought me a portable heater and I was ok but still I can't imagine a 4 star hotel don't have heating! Second, I forgot my tooth brush, and when I called to get one I was told they have none!! 2 star hotels offer this service for God's sake Third, the "free" lobby wifi speed is 0.12 mbps, which is a dial up speed, Obviously I did not use once I realized how poor the service is.

Pros: Location
Cons: My booking was confirmed but unfortunately I had been waiting for almost 90 minutes in the reception before check in, there was no confirmed booking .
This hotel has been ranked as five stars hotel but I didn't get any difference between the three stars hotels and that hotel.

Pros: The view from room..
Cons: The service and food..
I did not get the room I paid for, but I was too tired to argue about it as Egyptian men can be impossible to deal with... The bar service was fast but the food service was very slow, so I think they want you to order more drinks before the food comes.... But the bill comes very fast..... The food is highly overpriced by Egyptian standards, and you are better off going to another hotel...

Convenient but comes with a few catches

ACPHS barely worked, you have to pay for WiFi in your room per device. And street noise was very loud at night when trying to sleep

Thank you for this nice review, we do provide free wifi at the lobby area but if you need it at the room it is against a small charge . As for the room , maybe next time you can change the room category and choose a quitter one not close to the street , we do have beautiful Nile view rooms I am sure you will love it
