"We really enjoyed Rosa Montes. It is a bit out of the way but that was part of a charm. It's an absolutely gorgeous home with beautiful tiles and a lot of character. The pool and garden area were really nice. The power points had modern USB attachments so we were finally able to charge things (as opposed to just about everywhere else we stayed!). The welcome was lovely and helpful and the nearby town of Luz has a beautiful beach and a great selection of bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again."

"We loved our stay! The property was beautiful with a great ocean view and the villa was well stocked with essentials. Check in was very easy and we appreciated the accommodations made for us as we arrived quite late due to delayed flights. The town and beach are just a short walk and there were several great options for restaurants in walking distance. The pool was larger than expected and it was a great way to cool off after exploring all day. My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer. I hope to return again soon!"

"Beautiful villa in great location with amazing view and plenty of space for 14 people - quiet but easy walk into the centre of Luz. The property was cleaned everyday whilst we were there which was great. Kitchen is well equipped and we also had some provisions left for us when we arrived such as bread, milk, beer etc which was much appreciated . We loved that every room had its own en-suite. The only downsides were the pool was very cold, even in August! We all struggled to work out how the showers work and to get hot water but once we got the hang of it, then it was fine. And lastly a couple of the bedside lamps didn’t work which was annoying when you wanted to read a book in bed at night, but besides that, we loved our stay!"

"This place is just spectacular. Firstly Rui is the kindest and most hardworking person I ever met. Our room wasn’t ready as we arrived early - he offered for us to relax by the pool while it was being cleaned. When we got to our room - it was spotless. The property is not in Lagos- it’s in a village called Luz. It quite cute with the best Chinese restaurant nearby and a fantastic restaurant called Alloro. Great value for quality food.i do feel it would be helpful to have a car. The room has a fridge and an air conditioner that’s works well and is quiet. I had a balcony with a view of the pool. You won’t be disappointed."

"Everything went great. Great host and a lovely stay.The AC was definitely a must, especially during the warmer days. The only thing I would improve is the electric barbecue, which wasn't the best option.Overall, a great experience. Thank you!"

"Awesome stay. Lovely spacious property with beautiful views. About a 15 min walk to the beach and restaurants, and nearest supermarket. 10-15 mins in a cab to Lagos, which is lovely. Overall, a great location and villa, in a nice safe area."

"We had a fantastic stay at Aldeia Azul. The family apartment was beautifully renovated, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The daily cleaning service was excellent and kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. The pool area was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet only a short drive from beautiful beaches, shops, and restaurants. We would highly recommend Aldeia Azul to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great facilities and a convenient location. We will definitely be back again!"
