A great location direct access to subway system without going outside the building especially during summer heat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty convenient stores and food offerings within walking distance. The only downside is that the room carpet is not as clean as I hoped for.

The room was clean and big but the air condition was malfunction. The room was very cold even after hotel staffs came up to fix it twice. Not many selections for breakfast

Home away from home.
For last 10 years, this hotel never let me down, Oliver and staffs trained well , good manners and friendly. Room condition bit down but still clean, bed are supper comfortable. Thumb up again .

I was in communication with front desk manager, Claire, who offered help and information when needed. The VIP upgrade and benefits (larger, spacious room and breakfast vouchers) were all appreciated. The neighborhood is a bit further away from main sites in Taipei but still easily accessible by metro. The only complaint I have during my stay is that there was a citywide typhoon warning (schools and businesses to be closed for the day) but the hotel did nothing to inform guests. No written announcement posted publicly so how would guests have known, especially if there are no English news outlets available? Thankfully, I was told by associates in Taipei, but not by the hotel itself. Other than this though, my stay was overall enjoyable.

I request for a room with a bathtub and they did not change my room. Language barrier is definitely a problem. Most of their staff don't speak and understand english.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helped us a lot, especially Claire. The view was amazing and there is a patio at the end of the hall you can go out to see the view from. The breakfast canteen was very healthy and they served some unique options like aloe. Furthermore, the location is very convenient because it's right over the metro station and the mall underneath the hotel has good stores (Uniqlo, Muji, and a second hand clothing store) and good food options.

Been stayed at this hotel more then 10 times,never lemme down. Friendly,professional front staff. BED are supper comfortable, room conditions bit down but still clean and acceptable.Mrt right under hotel building, easy to access any where in Taipei.

Overall i love this hotel due to its location for transportation and a shopping mall/restaurants. It’s very convenient to transportation which is located right below of the hotel and which is good for people who are exhausted after a long day of outing and the last thing which people don’t want to walk far distance back to their hotel. Most importantly is the amenities is very well maintained. Keep it up! 💪💪

I have visited this hotel four times now and I am very impressed with its location. It is situated right on top of the MTR and has a big shopping center below, making it super convenient for everything. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Good price. Transportation is nice, just right beside MRT station. Easy to get foods around the same building. Free parking for 24 hours. Big SUV may need to wait as the parking spaces for SUV are quite limited. No heaters.

This hotel, while being a little out of the action of Taipei sits above an MRT line, making it very convenient. It is clean and the service is good. It is a comfortable hotel.

Even though the hotel is located in New Taipei city but is located above the shopping center and one of the Taipei metro station stop. You literally going downstairs to hop on the metro station. It is also very clean and good service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei.

The price is reasonable for a 4 star hotel. Location is also very good just above MRT station.
