"We had a nice clean double queen room and everything else was fine. The one item we were disappointed with was that all of the movie stations on the TV were in Spanish with English subtitles. Since we don’t speak Spanish and at 85 years of age have poor eyesight we couldn’t watch any movies and we had hoped to do that in the two evenings we stayed. It made for a very boring night experience. "

"This property is an older motel, nicely and recently remodeled. The walls are a little thin (we heard some neighbors but it wasn't egregious). The room, lobby and breakfast area were fresh and spotless. Breakfast was a little limited (no eggs, bacon, etc.). They do have a great condiment selection for oatmeal or waffles: raisins, cranberries, granola, nuts, cinnamon. It would be a great, inexpensive upgrade to run a slow cooker of real oatmeal rather than the packets of instant. "

"The staff was great, you mostly have to text them as the office is only manned part time. The room was nice, cozy but had a microwave, frig, coffee maker, and TV. There was a portable heater which we used in the shower to reduce the fog as there was no fan to turn on to vent the room. Concrete has several fun shops and places to eat. The only drawback was a sump pump that was very annoying one night, ran every 30 secs making a whirring sound and then a thump all night long. Great location to get out and see the sites, enjoy the beauty of the area."
