“The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful”

“When we arrived, there was a mixup with the booking but they handled it really well. They gave us a room that we hadn’t booked which was fantastic. We then moved the next day into another lovely room. They bent over backwards and they couldn’t do enough for us it made my stay and my partners stay whose birthday it was on the Monday an absolutely fantastic time and may I just say thanks to Sam and the team for looking after us and making us so welcome. “After climbing 2 flights of stairs and entering the room we felt really disappointed. The bed linen had not been ironed and was really creased up. It made me question if it had been changed at all. The coat hangers where all different which didn't look nice. The toilet seat was loose. The housekeepers didn't ask if we needed anything as we stayed 2 nights. The owner walked into our room looking for the housekeepers and didn't knock, however he did get a fan for us for the second night as it was……
