However, you stated that the lack of breakfast and the static distortion of the TV dampened your stay, which was saddening to read. However, I am not seeing where it is advertised that our hotel offers breakfast services. We do offer complimentary coffeehouse-style coffee and tea in the lobby area. Initially, pulling into the property, we felt it was extremely unsafe. Looks like there were drug addicts, hanging outside the hotel. When inside where the front desk, lady named, Lisa showed us two separate rooms and told us to pick which one we liked best. The first one had used bath towels all over the bathroom, hand soap. Looks like they made the bed, but did not clean the bathroom. The second room the bed was made but as we pulled the sheet back to make sure there were no bedbugs you clearly saw what appeared to be used sheets with fluid stuck to them. Bathtub was not cleaned, greasy with pubic hair all on the bottom of it ended up not staying there, because both rooms were filthy and we were told that they were clean. I was still charged for two nights, even though not even one night had been stayed. Called the next day to find out why I was charged for and was very rude disrespectful and hung up before the conversation was finished. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

While the stay was comfortable and safe the building is old and in need of repair. Entry door into room 120 was safe but loose. There was plenty of hot water so that is good. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet but the overall appearance was just old! while the room was quiet and comfortable there was trash and dirt behind the bed side table. Will we stay their again, sorry no.

Room had just been cleaned so smell of chemicals was strong but understandable. Room was fine however outside building looking underwhelming, need of significant love to the landscaping. Smoking areas were right outside of doors so entrances always smelled like smoke

This hotel is a place to stay in a pinch. The check-in was easy and the evening desk receptionist was very nice. He even had his two little cute dogs greet us. This was the best part of the whole two days. The tv was static the whole time because the wires were frayed. The smoke detector was pulled out of the ceiling and laying on the entertainment center. There were little dead bugs in the pillow where the pillow cover turns in. There was no hand soap. The towels they provided were damp. The floors throughout the room was filthy. After taking a shower and putting down a floor mat you could see all the dirt come off the floor. There is no elevator so expect a trek up to your room. The stairways were filled with mud someone kicked off their shoes. They staircase carpet smelt and needed to be replaced. There were traveling tree cutting men staying there who were out in the back area sitting with chairs and drinking. One time I was attempting to inquire about toilet paper and towels and there was no one at the front desk, so I gave up. No continental breakfast. You can make your own coffee with a keurig but not much creamer. The room itself wasn’t terrible. It looks to be renovated but not the rest of the building. I would probably not stay here again unless I’m a definite pinch.

While the staff were top notch, very courteous and helpful, the facilities were atrocious.. the buildings need renovation and steam cleaning inside and out. The staff made it bearable but I seriously doubt we will stay there again. This was our second stay in two years..
