Friendly helpful night staff.

Had to check in later than midnight. Reservation line couldn't help, so asked me to call front desk. Called the front desk the next day and he knew my name and already expected me after midnight. Very friendly and helpful.

Great location and awesome staff

Pros: Location to Liberty University.
Location: The location could not be any better for what we needed. You are practically on the campus of Liberty University.
Great location to Liberty University and other area attractions. With the refrigerator, stove top and microwave you are able to save money with your eating expenses.

Convenient but lacks amenities. No in room dryer or coffee. Door locks need repair.

worst hotel ever

Found the staff to be rude when we checked in late at night . The next day there was no soap hand towels or shampoo. This hotel was so cheap they couldn't even give us soap to wash our hands with. more or less any of the other amenities that a normal Hotel would have. Very frustrated

Good location and good value

Good location, easy to get around town. Good price, keep in mind lots of construction workers stay there. Pet friendly. Room had a slightly odd smell was nice otherwise. You have to ask for coffee maker, cups, coffee and anything else you need. Internet was terrible this time,, slower than dial up. Faster internet available for a surcharge.

OK rating

Pros: Proximity to conference. Kitchen.
Cons: Changing of spreads, mopping of floor, cleaning of furniture with every stay. Visual examination not sufficient. Smoking rules need to be enforced.
Location: Liberty University
Needed at kitchen. Though smoking is not permitted, smoke entered the room somehow. Remediation is needed as smoke seemed to also come through the AC system.

Great hotel

Right next to Liberty enterance. Very nice and accomodating staff. Clean, new, comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay here during future trips to Lynchburg.

Not happy!! Will never stay there again!

Not happy! Had a long day working. Went to check in at 11am guy was taking forever like 15min standing there to check me in so I went to go park of course no parking only at the back of the building and since I didn't get a key yet had to carry my luggage all the way around front and when I got back he was just about done still had to wait. Went to the room was very muggy and the bathroom fan sounded like it was going to explode. I took a shower water pressure sucked. Had paper work to sumbit Wi-Fi was horrrrrribleee! Had to use my Wi-Fi hotspot which was 100x faster! The only positive thing I can say is beds were semi comfortable. But for the price I paid sleep in is cheaper and better x5!
