Favorite hotel in Lynchburg

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is consistently a great place to stay! The staff is great from check in, to bar tender , to cleaning staff. It is always clean, and the rooms are comfortable. Love it!

We had a great experience, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant and available every time we needed something or had questions. Would stay there again for sure.

Nice hotel on wards road great location

Check in receptionist were awesome. The rooom was clean. My only suggestion is to have vending machines placed near the ice machine for convience. Instead the current set up is you have to go to the lobby to purchase various items drinks, alcohol, candy ect. Overall great stay.

Pros: Cleanliness
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shopping Historical sites
Spacious rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast with very accommodating staff. Linda was fantastic! Plenty of room in common areas for family to congregate

On check-in the toilet was clogged.

Pros: Location. Very little else.
Cons: Check the rooms before sending guests to them.
Location: Location was fine.
The desk said they couldn't move me because the hotel was filled, although I checked in at 3:00 pm. I forced a move by complaining. Also, the halls smelled like gas. The staff said that it was always that way.

A great stop off in our road trip.

It was quiet, and we'll staffed. The beverage station in our rooms had not been refreshed, so no sugar for our coffee and no tea for late night.

Staff was helpful room needed some maintenance down exhaust fan didn’t work only had one closet door. But other than that enjoyed our stay
