The experience was great except for the pool and hot tub. We specifically got this hotel and paid more because we wanted a hot tub. We called the hotel before booking to make sure the hot tub worked and was actually hot. They said yes to both. While the lobby has been updated, the pool area hasnt been updated in years. There was rust everywhere. The paint on the floor was splattered all over three walls and literally came off when you walked on it. The hot tub was cold and cloudy, and the jets didnt work. Ruined our stay.
The property was excellent from management to every single person that we encountered on the staff! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to and through Lynchburg VA. #Awesome
First day there and Tina Washington a front desk lady went above and beyond for me and my kids! She was absolutely amazing and I will be back due to her!!! Way more hotels need people like her!!!
The worst experience we have had in years. Wifi does not work. They said it has been down for Apple Nd Mac users for weeks. Door cards do not work. They had to replace a door battery.
Miserable experience with their internet out the entire stay. Ran out of food during breakfast. Couldn’t buy certain items at the hotel pantry due to there being no internet at the property.
Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable. Finally a pool and jacuzzi that works in a hotel in Lynchburg.

Waited 4 hours for a room. Carpet had discusting stains on them. Corporate lunch was served an hour late. I will not be back. Front desk staff was pleasant but that did not help.

Hotel front desk person was not very friendly. He was on the computer and did not even acknowledge us for a few minutes. The air condition in the room was on and black stuff blowing out from the air condition everywhere. It was very strange to see toilet paper rolls were in the holder with the wrappers on. Bath tub was not clean at all.
We always choose Hilton Garden when we are traveling out of town. The only issue with this one was that the hot tub wasn’t hot. Actually was only slightly warmer than the pool
