This 900 sqft cabin packs a ton of amenities into a small space. Downstairs you'll find a comfy living room with modern furnishings including a rocking chair, sofa that converts to a twin futon, 50” SmartTV with Roku and Sling, and a variety of books and games. From there, enter the well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, concrete countertops, dining area, and a variety of cooking and dining essentials. Downstairs also features a bedroom with a king bed, stackable laundry unit, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

Take the spiral staircase (narrow but sturdy) to the second floor, where a loft features a work station overlooking the backyard, accent seating area, second bedroom, and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed. Due to the narrow staircase, the 2nd floor may not suit guests with mobility issues, so the first floor bedroom may be ideal.

The property is on a 3/4 acre lot, with a wooded setting, yet nestled in a downtown neighborhood for convenience. Experience the cabin aesthetic with the ease of city-living.
