Convenient Business Hotel in quiet location with good free on-site parking. The rooms are a bit on the older side and could use an upgrade, but everything you need is there and whennit is not foggy you have a nice skyline view

Pros: Good bistro for breakfast and dinner.
Cons: Enlarge fitness room with more equipment.
No hot water in shower. Hotel provided extra loyalty points as a make-good.

Cleaning lady was horrible, ask her to please clean the room. When we got back the bed was made and the towels were changed. Room did not smell fresh and toilet was dirty.

Pros: Didn't stay long enough to find any.
The first room they gave us was wheelchair accessible, no bath tub, and a lower toilet seat. We requested another room with a bathtub and a regular height toilet. After some deliberation they found us a room on the fifth floor. My wife flushed the toilet and it over flowed. We went to the front desk and asked for a manager to assist us. We were told that maintenance found no problem, they cleaned up the over flow, and we could return to the room. Feeling unsafe in a room that just over flowed, we asked for another room. The manager told us the only other room they had to give us was another wheelchair accessible room. We refused that, the manager canceled our reservation, gave us a piece of paper with a phone number and a case number on it and told us to call the number for further assistance..
