Don't go there with a pet.

Very disappointed to find that the hotel charged a $100.00 non-refundable fee for having a pet in the room. Very upset that we were not informed of this in advance by Expedia. We had no knowledge of this extra charge and have never paid a fee so large to have our pet with us. We believe that it is Expedia's responsibility, if they are going to book the reservations, to let us, the consumers, know all of the fees we will incur in advance.

We were in the area for a Rick Steve’s Tour reunion, and the hotel was close and convenient.

Front lady was so nice!

Front lady gave us rooms what we need! We did not take mineral water. In fact we left extra same Fiji water then they charged a bottle of water.

Great location

Cons: I would have liked a fridge in the hotel room
Location: Key Arena, Space Needle, Children's Museum
Super easy to get to and staff let us check in a little early!

Fantastic hotel close to everything.

Enjoyed our one night stay. Close to shopping. Great lobby bar for drinks and dinner. Food and service were excellent.Everyone was super friendly and happy.

Good location for Black Friday shopping!

Close to hwy, easy to access. Close to Alderwood mall and lots of other stores (Target, Kohl’s, etc). Starbucks in Lobby is very convenient too!!

Excellence service.

Pros: Very clean and excellent maid service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Restaurant and bar hours extended.
Location: Excellent location.
The one time I visited the bar, they were out of some ingredients. This can happen, but I was surprised that they were out of prosecco, which is a very popular drink. Also, I wondered why the room didn’t have a personal safe, which I have had in almost all of the hotels I have been in.
