Pleasant experience

Checked in really late. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room was in perfect condition and very clean. I do not recommend a room near the end of a hallway ad the exit door is quite loud and people open and shut it often throughout the evening. Breakfast was a disappointment to, for grab and go they had only a few granola bars and some oatmeal. Coffee was out to. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Smoking cafe UGH!

Customer Service Reps great, smoking right outside the door - a nightmare. Even though no one is allowed to smoke inside, the smoking right outside the entry/exit doors floats in full force, and you literally choke on the smell. If you have any type of respiratory issues, do not come here. The smell is in the elevators, hallways, entering and exiting. It is like a smoking hotel, seriously. Bathrooms need to be cleaned where there is no left over human hair. Use room fragrance to kill wet smells from the dogs that frequent here.

Being an extended stay property focused on guests staying seven or more nights, we do have items such as a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary grab-and-go breakfast and a comfortable in-suite environment to make you feel at home while away from home. We also have hairdryers and certain complimentary toiletries available at the front desk for our guests who need them. Perfect - just needs updated.

Location is great, the customer service was awesome. Only downside is the hotel felt not clean because it needed updating done in the rooms.

Convenient for the Alderwood Shopping Mall

Cons: the breakfast!
Location: Good restaurants and shopping
This site indicated that breakfast was included. In fact it was a coffee urn and a few small muffins on a table opposite the reception desk; some breakfast!
