Posted Sep 16, 2016
Be aware in summer over 30 degrees and the hotel doesn't have air conditioner. Hotel conditions are ok! Nothing especial!

Good location to explore city in business district

Posted Aug 30, 2016
Pros: Friendly staff, clean facilities, central location.
Cons: Reception could be staffed later in the evening.
Location: Near Rail Station & huge shopping mall. Could walk across rivers to visit la vieille ville & the Basilica. Guided tour of St Jean Cathedral.
Super facilities in pristine condition enabling me to cook / stay in or go out. Pleasant sitting area to relax. Good bathroom & toilet: everything scrupulously clean. Helpful staff & lovely breakfast area with plentiful choice & great quality coffee to begin the day. Plentiful leaflets explaining tourist choices.

More like a studio apartment

Posted Apr 7, 2016
It had a fully stocked kitchen (and a grocery store down the road), comfy bed, beautiful entrance and warm staff. About 500m from the subway entrance that takes you anywhere!

Great value, amenities & short walk to old Lyon.

Posted Oct 22, 2015
The Citadines is spacious by comparison to most hotels rooms we stayed in during our 3 week in France and for the cost is probably the best deal we encountered. From the cleanliness, comfortable bed and convenient kitchenette we would definitely stay here again. Old Lyon is only a short 20 minute walk from the hotel which offers underground parking although for an extra 15 euro per night still making it affordable. The only drawback was that upon our arrival, in order to drive up to the front entrance of the hotel you have to ignore a do not enter sign on the short access street. The front desk staff confirmed that this was not a problem. Would definitely stay here agian.

Great place close to Lyon Part Dieu station -

Posted Oct 6, 2015
Pros: space in the room - separate bedroom on mezzanine - well equipped kitchen.
Cons: a table and chairs more suitable for eating in
Location: very handy for the city centre - walk it in 20 mins - though buses just outside. handy for train - arrival. quiet setting
easy to get to - good transport links (metro, bus, tram) and also good restaurants near at hand. Supermarket and boulangerie next door for breakfast things and Les Halles de Paul Bocuse over the road for more elaborate dinner in!

good apartment in resident distrcit

Posted Oct 5, 2015
Pros: Good location and large room.
Location: Lafayette shopping mall, Paul food hall
We stayed at the apartment 3 nights. The apartment located in resident district, so it really good for sleep and rest in silent night. Good location, 10 minutes walk to Lyon Part Dieu Train Station, 8 minutes to Lafayette shopping mall and Carrefour market, 4 minutes walk to Paul food hall, 3 minutes to a small supermarket and 2 minutes to tram station. And 1 minute walk to bike rental, it is a great experience to ride in Lyon city. The room is clean, tidy and bright. Nice bed, well equipped kitchen, good bathroom and large living room. Overall, the apartment is really nice and valuable for stay.

Great for tourists

Pros: It is a 5 minute walk to a metro station nd there is a Paul Bosque market with an excellent selection of food and wine close by.
Location: The metro access allows rapid access to Vieux Lyon and the Presquille.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Part Dieu train station and has great access to the metro. There are good restaurants in the area. Very helpful staff.
