The hotel is only 3 stars but pretend to be 4 or 5 star hotel. Room tas excellent, restaurant and staff excellent, all very well maintained. The hotel is only priced as 3 star hotel and in a good location.

I used this hotel while I was on business and they were convenient for us due to how close they were to the office we were visiting. That being said, I would still return here since the staff was great and the hotel was very clean. I had a great stay while I was here.

Still our preferred hotel when we go to Lyon. Being on a quieter edge of the town along the quayside, it offers calm and convenience to get in and out of the city. It has secure and wide parking facilities, which is a definite plus if you come by car, and their covid 19-related measures are amongst the better we have seen.

As frequent guests of the hotel, we always enjoy the spacious rooms, well equipped bathrooms, very accessible car park and quiet location along the river, away from the town center. The measures taken in light of the current circumstances reinforced us in our choice and we will happily stay here again on our next visit to Lyon.

Perfect hotel for business
Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. Hotel staff were very welcoming. Spoke very good English. The rooms were nice & simple, but spotlessly clean. The duvet situation was interesting with my med made up with 2 single duvets and large square pillows. Thought pod coffee machine on the room was a nice touch. Having a desk & free WiFi meant I could continue work in my room if needs be. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a business stay
Have stayed a couple of times now and both stays have been great. Beds are comfy and the room was quiet. Breakfast was good but fairly limited in choice.

Clean and modern hotel
I stayed for 2 nights on business. The room was clean and towels ran toiletries refreshed daily. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Whilst i didn't try it myself, my colleague said that the breakfast was very good.The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. However, I was kept waiting after being seated in the restaurant for dinner, with not even a drinks order being taken, indeed a local lady who came after me and was sat at the next table had her order taken first, so I decided not to bother and ate at one of the local restaurants instead. The TV channels are almost entirely French, the only one in English being a news channel. My room was on the road side, but I was not disturbed my traffic at all, and had a lovely view of the water across the road. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay

A good business hotel with friendly staff. Gym is OK and beats most hotel ‘gyms’. Room was average as expected for price range, but clean and comfortable. Restaurant had good food, breakfast slightly lacking in options but would still stay again.

Great hotel
We loved this hotel. The only problem we had was that the exit for the hotel was right after you come out of a tunnel, and that threw the gps off. We struggled to find our way back to the hotel after missing the exit because of the toll roads and tunnels that followed. The hotel itself is excellent, with a great staff.

Nice hotel for a stop over in Lyon
Nice clean hotel, restaurant for dinner was excellent, great food/wine and service. Breakfast was average not worth 15:00 Euros, limited cooked (fresh) options. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel.

Use this hotel for business trips to our French office 10 mins walk away. At £59 per night the value is excellent especially considering this appalling Brexit influenced exchange rate. Breakfast however is not included and at €15 is overpriced. The hotel restaurant is also good value. Staff are friendly and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Can't beat it.

Spacious rooms with river views
This is one of the recommended hotels by Paul Bocuse. It's a lovely hotel with a big, comfortable room. Service was polite and friendly. We paid extra for parking and breakfast.

Small hotel in the outskirts of Lyon
A nice small hotel in Lyon. Rooms are big, clean and very quite. Stuff was very very nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. The less good sides are the bad WIFI connection (slow and keeps asking for a username and password every 2 minutes) and bad public transportation. The nearest metro station is about 12 minutes walk from the hotel.

Perfect for a quick weekend break
The hotel was totally spotless, the 24 hour check in service was really helpful as we were arriving late on the first night, and the room was very comfortable. There were two curiosities that I hadn't seen in other hotel rooms before. The first was a split duvet on a double bed, which seemed a little odd. The second was a transparent bathroom door, which combined with the position of the mirror on the wall meant you could pretty much always see the toilet from the rest of the room. Aside those two things, it was a lovely stay.

The hotel was very comfortable. The restaurant was pretty good, not your average hotel restaurant. My wife, unfortunately was quite under-the-weather for the whole time we were there. The hotel staff was a wonderful help. Paline spent nearly an hour helping to find a doctor and hospital for us. The room service was terrific. Housekeeping was so gracious in providing anything we needed. Everyone was so helpful...very appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

All you need for a short visit
Couldn't fault the hotel. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Secure car parking gave piece of mind. Access to the centre of Lyon was easy. Access to a small fridge would have made transporting food on a long journey easier.

A convenient and modern hotel offering value for m
The hotel was located in a quiet part of Lyon but with relatively easy access to the centre of Lyon. Unfortunately, when we arrived (14 July), road works meant access to the hotel was difficult as the hotel was part of a one-way system - inconvenient but not much the hotel could do about it except perhaps notify guests in advance. The hotel itself was modern and well-designed from a guest perspective. The rooms seemed well soundproofed enabling a good night's sleep without extraneous distractions from inside or outside the hotel. The staff were helpful and courteous. Secure parking was provided below the hotel. As we arrived during a heatwave, the air-con was very much appreciated. No complaints really and a good base for a few days exploring Lyon and the surrounding area.

Good hotel, wrong location
Arrived after a long drive hoping to relax with a quick drink, only to be find out that the hotel bar didn't open until 7.00 pm. With nothing in the local area open either, it made for a disappointing start to our trip. When it did open, however, the Italian themed food was very good.
