Séjours and Affaires Lyon Saint Nicolas is located close to Lyon Part-Dieu train station, which is a great advantage. At the same time, the historic center of Lyon is within a walking distance. Also, the are 2 supermarkets near the hotel.

Can't complain about my stay at séjours Lyon apartment/Hotel. VFM etc.. Property located 10 minutes walking from train station. Room basic but fine. Breakfast OK. Solid WiFi. 20 mins walk to old town... or transport... Good budget option.

Good Stay @ Séjours and Affaires Lyon Saint Nicola
I stayed 4 nights at this place. I liked my room and staff members are geat- friendly, helpful. I had an issue with the door lock and the guy at reception fix it in like 30 minutes without any hustle. My room was very good, spacious. I was there for leisure but was supposed to Work from home during day for my company so I spend a lot of my time in hotel room and needed something like this. Kitchen was enough for myself as I only was supposed to make my breakfast, but could be small for some other person. Bathroom was good, but to shower you need to hold it, again was not an issue for me but may be for someone it could be. Also, there was no room service so I had to make my bed and no change of towels, but there were enough for me ;) . Metro station is not very near though, it will take 20 minutes walk , however Cash machines, Super market are very near. Lyon part dieu is walking distance to get TGV trains, and also one for airport. There is a shopping mall at 10-15 minuts walk and there are restaurants at 20 minutes walk. Note: Check-in time is @3 , I don't think if you reach early you will have your room before 3. Overall I had a great time, people in Lyon are very good.

Good Location
Convenient to most parts of the city and public transport eg train to airport. Room was adequate with small kitchen and dining facility and large bathroom. WiFi worked well. Good value for money. Nice staff on reception. We had a room which did not face the main street and had no problems with noise even with the window open.

Near Main train station
Located in a more business area but near Gare de Lyon. It is a longer term stay type hotel without daily maid service and no real amenities except small in-room kitchen. Room is small and bathroom has a tub with a spray nozzel - no shower, but this i common in France. Room was clean and price was reasonable. Mass transit in the city is very good and easy to use so do not need a car.

1 chambre, 1 etron et l'ascenseur
Nous sommes arrivés le samedi. N'etant pas équipé d'un service de réception et donc de bagagerie nous avons gardé nos valises jusqu'à 15h heure à laquelle nous avons pu entrer dans notre chambre.. La grande surprise fut de taille. Un magnifique étron était logé au fond du wc et nous a tenu compagnie jusqu'au lundi.. jour où nous avons pu obtenir une nouvelle chambre située juste en face de l'ascenceur... Ainsi, nous avons été bercé par les vas et vients incessants des gens prenant l'ascenceur toute la nuit De plus, la literie est mediocre. Pour terminer, Le check out se faisant à 12h, la femme de menage se permet d'entrer dans la chambre à 10h30... Heureusement que la receptionniste était agreable et souriante Je deconseille fortement cet etablissement

Apartamentos básicos pero con lo necesario. El problema vino a la hora de la llegada, ya que al ser domingo la recepción estaba cerrada y no se había avisado de ello. Conseguir la llave del apartamento fue una odisea que nos llevó casi una hora.

La terrasse n'était pas du tout propre, elle était cloisonné donc pas de vu appart sur des murs ... La réceptionniste m’avais confirmé mon arrivé avancée et en arrivant elle nous a dit que non elle n’était pas au courant alors que c’est cette personne que j’ai eu par téléphone en demandant une arrivé à 11h, elle m’avais bien dit que c’était possible au final nous avons dû garder tout nos bagage jusqu’à 15h alors qu’on ne connaissait pas du tout la ville et même laisser les bagages derrière son bureau elle n’a pas voulu ... très insatisfait de la réceptionniste.

J'ai eu toutes les bonnes consignes pour arriver, avoor mes clés. Top. Chambre jolie avec un maximum de choses dans un minimum d'espace,très pratique. Le seul hic était les plaques de cuisson où les chiffres avaient disparus,20minutes pour cuire des pâtes... , pas de spatule en bois, les couteaux coupaient mal, seulement 2 petites cuillieres, 2fourchettes etc.. Cest le seul hic. Tres bien insonorisé. Vraiment hyper contente.

Résidence situé à 15minutes de la gare Part Dieu. Appartement propre. La semaine dernière les températures ont dépassé les 30° pas de clim dans les chambres donc une chaleur dans les chambres un ventilo très bruyant pour rafraîchir mais impossible. Obligé de laissé la fenêtre ouverte en pleine nuit côté boulevard.. La cafetière de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas on ne vous trouve pas de solution heureusement ma collègue ma donner ma sienne. Elle dans son appart da télévision ne fonctionnait pas on ne lui a pas changé de télé ni d appart heureusement elle avait sa tablette.... globalement déçu
