Disappointed

Pros: Convinient location
Cons: The room smelled like smoke and mildew. Please reserve non smoking rooms!!
Location: Close to dining and shopping
The hotel was nice however. The room service was not consistent. The room had a bit of a mildew smell to it. These things didn't ruin our trip though. Our biggest disappointment was that we booked a car service through the hotel on more than one occasion and the first time the driver was rude and did not want to take us to a second location. We booked the car for four hours and apparently the driver wanted to be finished after 2 hours!!! (we didn't let him but it was annoying) So we tried again......and they assured us that they would book another car and we would have no problems...............well we couldn't have any problems because the car NEVER showed up!! We were hosting a party to celebrate our marriage and we were an hour late because of this, It was a rotten experience and the hotel didn't go out of their way to fix it. That is disappointing for sure. We frequently spend time in this area of Bangalore and I certainly will look for other accommodations next time.

Need to clean exterior glass enclosures

Hotel was okay! Though well designed, lack of cleanliness gets it low mark. Beautiful elevator was marred by its dirty glass exterior. Else, the room was very good and comfortable. Staff needs training in communication and response. Overall, not a bad experience.

Good hotel but staff were not professional. I stayed for 3 days and each day the room service was different. 1 & 3 rd day was good and 2nd day was horrible.

Hotel staff went out of their way to accomodate me even though I arrived 4hrs too early and dead tired, and the hotel was full. Room was great but temperature control was an issue. Breakfast was gr8, but the non veg lunch not so much..

Good location

Our two week stay at Elanza was good. Courteous staff. Manager sujeesh was very helpful and cooperative.would like to thank front desk staff Cynthia ,Sanjeev, and Manas. Chef Babu's breakfast menu was excellent. Housekeeping staff Yuraj ,Ranga, Bipin ,Raju, Shiva were very excellent . For sure will stay again .

Good Hotel except for the price of Coffee/Tea

Pros: As a single woman I felt safe.
Cons: Room service menu needs more options and price of Coffee/tea is too steep for a place like Bangalore.
The hotel is good, nice and clean.I found the price of Coffee and Tea (94 Rs room service) too steep. The staff are excellent and well mannered and helpful.Room is very clean and really liked the bathroom.
