Excellent location , great staff and rooms

We stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite which had excellent accomodation and river views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful both at the bar and reception infact the staff I encountered were some of the best I have come across and we travel a lot . Our son is at university in Maastricht and we will be visiting from England often and will definitely stay at Crown Plaza again .

Lovely location, friendly staff, food nice.

Pros: The location, room very nice and lovely restaurant.
Cons: N/A
Location: Location was excellent, we went on a boat trip and also on the old american school bus around the city. lots of fantastic shops, restaurants and bars.
We stayed here for an Andre Rieu concert, good location, buffet meal very good, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A good option for Maastricht

Overall fine. Wish they had a gym on its premises rather having to walk to a facility outside. Staff were generally very helpful and pleasant

Nice hotel close to the city centre

Decent hotel yet the rooms could be more clean, especially the bathrooms. Friendly staff.

The stop over in Maastricht on the way to Germany was well worth it. A lovely town, we thoroughly enjoyed the two days, will recommend it to others

Hotel facilities were very good. There was a little confusion over breakfast arrangements as the person who was in charge said we had to wait for a table to become available, and we would have to wait in the bar area or we could collect breakfast and eat it in the bar area, however there were tables available.

'Felt like home'

Stayed 3 nights and had a comfortable nice stay. The view from the room was not on the riverside or exciting but the room was fine with good chair to sit on and the usual quality Crowne Plaza bed and bedding. The bathroom was a little dated and not the best shower as well as housekeeping had missed some long dark hairs in the sink when I arrived. However the best thing you can say about hotel is when in the end of the day you arrive and feel good and happy to be back in the hotel. Everyone in the hotel was friendly especially at breakfast and attentive. However on checking out there was a mix up re my bill the receptionist said I had not paid for it though my understanding was that my office had fully paid through hotel.com. I did not have time to look for any confirmation emails and the hotel charged me a full payment. However I was able to email the original booking which clearly stated the room had been paid in full. They promptly credited my card. This a second time with Hotel.com booking this has happened recently in Brussels too. Not sure where the problem lies. The area around the hotel,was good too especially for eating.
