Great hotel, walking distance to town

Location: we took the shuttle to both the town center and train station, great shopping, food and history in Maastricht!!
Great staff who all spoke excellent English. Very helpful and accommodating!

Wanted to visit City as part of a Europe tour. Hotels offers shuttle service into the centre.

Nicer than NH hotel

Comfortable bed. Small room but layout is well-designed. WiFi is fast enough for basic activities like emails cruising on the internet and even watching Netflix movies. For an international oriented hotel it's disappointing that Novotel doesn't offer CNN and parking is not free. Other than that it was a comfortable stay and I recommend it.

Nice hotel, food is good

Only issue is getting to hotel with roadworks and gps sends you in wrong direction.

Carpet was soiled in the room. Older hotel.

Pros: Staff was friendly. Rooms needed remodeling except for the bathrooms.
Cons: I would not recommend this hotel. It was below average for the price.
Location: Good location since it was close to the convention center.

Great hotel is little far from the station and city if you don't have a car but they do offer a free shuttle to town and station

Great for families

This is a great hotel. It's on the edge of town but the hotel has a shuttle into the city centre or it's about 25 minute walk. There is lots for kids to do. There is a small pool but it is quite deep. The food is very good but breakfast is expensive, especially if you are also paying for children. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
