a 4 story hotel with one elevator is not very convenient. wait times to get to your room are long. the location is in a suburb of the city, thus public transportation is very limited. Overall a nice stay

Public transportation is available, with the nearest bus stop only 50 meters away. Excellent, Good price, Great Service, Easy Parking
For the relatively cheap price this was an excellent one night stay in a superior double room. Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. We had a meal in the restaurant - the drinks and food came super quick and dinner was very tasty (fish n chips). The waiter / chef was awesome - friendly, efficient, professional, quick, multi tasker and well presented. Issues with our stay - we had to run the shower for about 5 or more minutes before it got to the right temperature - pressure wasn’t that great. The other issue was the pool being shut just because it was raining. Really? Would we get wet or something?

The restaurant and bar staff were accommodating and friendly. The chef was good and the food was very good---even though the selection of dishes were small. We'd go back.

It was OK, but they had no dinner service & ran out of butter for breakfast. The room was a little stuffy & there was black mold at the base of thd shower. Staff were friendly & spoke English well.

Staff were extremely helpful and pool was very nice. No dinner options available at hotel due to staff shortages so we had to eat out locally. A 20 minute walk into central Maarstrict.

During low tourism, and low occupancy, I would have expected more. We left 1 day early, due to changed travel plans, I accept that the fee was non-refundable. However additional charge for car parking / when the car park was empty and charging for coffee on final morning, when we were not using the extra paid night is simply poor. Good gesture of free coffee and free parking would have encouraged my return. Next time I'll stay somewhere else...

very central located hotel perrfect for families
the hotel offers everything which is needed either for a stay for business or for leissure with a family. Good breakfast, clean rooms (a bit small for families), a nice lobby and bar, a good restaurant with fresh food, bikes to rent, an outdoor swimming pool, table soccer and table tennis etc.

Perfect stay
Very comfortable stay, 20 mins walk to the town through a perfectly reasonable residential area then through some shops and over the station bridge to end up directly in the old town. No problems for us booking the shuttle bus. Hotel provided plenty of outdoor games for the kids as it was warm including basketball, football, table tennis, patanque, a small swimming pool and swim and slide, plus indoor play area with bricks and an xbox360 connect. Restaurant looked very nice too, very relaxed atmosphere, all perfect for our needs.

Situated close to the town, bus stop near by for town + Maastricht railway station. Rooms very good, swimming pool. Very clean. Evening buffet nice something for everybody.

Hotel ok. A bit out from centre but we knew that however nothing much around, need to walk 30 mins. Courtesy bus was a great bonus. Not impressed that you only get 1 coffee pod per person for the 2 night stay if you want more it’s a Euro each!! Also one small milk each per day, I had to beg to the maid for 1 milk to have a cup of tea!! Otherwise all good and we were there for Andre Rieu so it was a fabulous trip.

Nice room. Friendly staff. The games room and arcade were not as advertised. The games room had a fuzeball table that you needed to pay for and a ping pong table with one set of rackets and one broken ball. The arcade had one Xbox with only one controller.

Perfect place if you're going to the art fair
I thought it was the perfect place if you're going to the Tefaf art fair. I walked to the fair both days. Hotel shuttle will take you. It's not very near the old town but for me it was fine. Staff was so nice, all so helpful. I forgot my sweater in my hotel room in Brussels, when I stayed before Maastricht, and they called the hotel and tracked it down for me. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful

Good for a quick trip

Very clean and friendly hotel
Very clean and friendly hotel. I have never stayed anywhere where your room would be cleaned during your stay. I get that bed is made etc. This hotel went further and cleaned everywhere during my stay. I never had such a clean bathroom.
