Nightmare stay

Cons: Everything - from the quality of the rooms to the helpfulness of the staff
The second we walked into the hotel to check-in, it was a nightmare. The first floor had flooding issues so there were huge fans set up that were extremely loud. We also immediately smelled gas when we walked in, as did the family in front of us. Both parties alerted the woman behind the front desk and asked her if she could call someone immediately, as it was evident there was a gas leak in the building. The woman, with no sense of urgency or concern, said she would wait someone to come downstairs and then they could figure out if they needed to call. It took 6 of us to explain the severity of the situation to her and ultimately we said "if you don't call 9-1-1, we will." She eventually called and acted like it was no problem or inconvenience. We waited outside for 30-40min while the fire department came through and eventually discovered the leak in the kitchen. When we went to officially check in (after the fire department left) it was after midnight and the front desk did not apologize nor offer up any sort of explanation or comp for the massive inconvenience. When we finally got up to our room (a non-smoking room), it reaked of cigarettes, the lights were flickering and the toilet proceeded to run all night. We could not wait to get out of there and would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location near state offices

Pros: Neat and clean, as one would expect from Hilton...
Cons: Everything in the area is pretty pricey if you want a well regarded hotel. I like to stick with a quality establishment.
I had to attend some early morning meetings close by, and this was the best hotel at the price point I could afford, It only took me about 15 minutes to get where I was headed, and I was well rested when I arrived. I would definitely stay again when I return.

Good stay

Couldn't sleep

Only complaint was that there was a hotel party blasting music down the hall until at least 3am

Poor choice for being close to the airport.

Cons: Employees need to know what services they offer.
Hotel staff was overwhelmed with the wedding guests. No service to taking persons to airport. Called and was told there would be service to the airport, but on Monday no service and we almost missed our flight.

When I went to check on my room was given away though I called ahead to say I was going to be checking in late . A bridal party that had booked 14 months prior also had no rooms . Very unprofessional and not expected
