Pros: It is near the ferry port.
Cons: Power outlet in the room
Location: Near the ferry port
I arrived early and the staff checked me in within an hour.

Crazy door knocking

There was someone knocking hard at our door at 7am. The hotel claimed they knocked on wrong but why must it be so hard.

Nice, but outdated.

Hotel is good, room is big but is outdated. 10-15 minute walk to the ferry terminal or wait for thier shuttle bus and also walking distance to Sands hotel casio where you can catch many of their shuttle bus to the Venetians and other area. There are few restaurants and small shop in the Surrounding area. Lobby and waiting area is small. When tour group comes in it get very crowded and crazy. Good value for the money.

With the same price u can get many hotel beside this one.. for check out u need to wait about 20 min to refund the deposit to you..

Pros: Close to bus stop
Cons: Staff attitude
my experience was not very pleasant . The room was alright, it wasn't very bad but the hotel staff was horrible. The staff front the check in desk didn't know how to smile. No emotion while talking to customers. It seems like they don't want us to be there. GiGi was one of the staff members that i really had a problem with.. Horrible service
