It's a very worth it hotel of you are looking for a convennient hotel near Ruins of St Paul's. The room is rather small, but that's more of a norm in Macau. They've cramped many rooms in a small estate x which means wait at the reception could be longer at times. Just by the port, so some minor honking is audible if you are sensitive.

Only the location is convient for those using public buses to move around.is a bit inconvenient for those with luggage to climb up and down the flight os stairs to go to the hotel lobby .

This has been the best hotel in my stay in Hong Kong. The staff is above reproach, The only issue during my stay is the hotel restaurant is being remodeled so no breakfast. I will return to this hotel when I come back to Macua/Hong Kong.

Check in was good and staff polite. Room was big with a sofa. Pay extra for sofa bed though even though it’s our room. Double beds really can’t sleep two people and we’re not really BIG people. Had to pay HK$10 for Chinese tea to drink even though coffee was free in room. Hotel looks dated from outside. Didn’t try restaurant more like small coffee shop area. Local eateries to good. Been there done that , won’t go again

The staff (Jenny) very helpful and kind . my second trip to macau master Other hotel staffs also friendly .Lication wise good , near to Sofitel hotel , u can take free bus from macau ferry terminal to sofitel , only 10 to 15 mins , fr there u walk 5 mins u will reach macau master hotel . Nearby 1 min walk , a k mart 24 hours , ( like 7-Eleven )
