All in all a good hotel. I cannot fault the staff at all, very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is about the quality of food on offer. I had room service twice and both times if was not good. I had a look at dinner buffet as well and it didn’t look great or lots of fresh stuff coming out, so I gave it a pass. Perhaps the other restaurants were of a better standard. Nothing wrong with way room service was served or presented, but it was just poor quality of food and the way it was cooked.

Slightly detached from the main casino town. Much quieter and walkable to historical sites. River view was great towards mainland China.

Sofitel Macau never disappoints. I've stayed here during most of my visits to Macau and the rooms are always spacious, immaculately clean, and beyond comfortable. Even the standard Sofitel room is way beyond the amenities of a hotel suite in some of the more well known hotel chains. The staff are very friendly and treat guests with the utmost professionalism.

Very good hotel and location. Staff was friendly and polite. Our hotel room had a beautiful view of the river. If there is 1 thing i would improve on is the shower water temperature. It wouldn't stay consistent. However, not a big issue. Highly recommended.

Stayed at here again after a long time. The environment was still tidy and nice. The breakfast was still good as usual which provided both chinese and western selection especially the bread. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was too soft. I think the hotel could consider to replace it with the other type. The hotel is close to the centre of city. It was very convenient to reach the place of sightseeing, shops and restaurant. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

A luxurious hotel in a great location of Macau to see the old parts of the city. Lovely helpful staff. Swimming pool is gorgeous and the breakfast had an amazing selection of options for everyone.

Good spot and location for seeing the traditional part of Macao as only 10 mins walk if that to historic area. Even to the original Lisboa it’s only 15 min walk.
