Well-kept property. Spacious rooms with sitting area, comfortable bed, microwave and mini fridge. Great complimentary breakfast with hot food options. Fresh hot coffee always available. Pantry with snacks and necessities available for purchase at reasonable prices. Access to computer and printer. Friendly desk and breakfast staff. Excellent value.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. BUT, when we went to use the washroom, we noticed a sign posted on the mirror saying no room service will be provided. In small type, it said room service would be provided after 3 nights. We had to request toilet paper, request towels, request our garbage be cleared. We forgot to request soap and kleenex, and bought our own. We looked forward to the indoor pool, but didn't try it because there were no steps to get in. There was no business center - two computers in the main area, with luggage trolleys stacked against them, making it hard to access. I'd give it a 3/5.
