The pool was really run down and dirty. Would be unsafe for children since ladder was broke.

After reading your review we went to check the pool and found no issues. The ladder is intact and the water in the pool was a clear blue nice color. We hope you enjoyed your stay.

Nice location but poor facilities

(+) Very close to the ferry dock. (-) Poor breakfast with only tiny donuts and cheap yogurt. (-) Poor WiFi. Couldn't get connection in my room, had to sit in the small lobby to get good enough signal.

Sorry you did not enjoy our breakfast. All other guests had no problem connecting to WIFI. Some times we find that certain computer need settings to be reset to connect to the WIFI. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

Nice Hotel

Overall nice and clean. TV was too small. Nice to have a refrigerator. Good price point.

Just good for a basic place to quickly overnight

I dont know how to review my experience straight ahead. On the one hand people were friendly but on the other hand price / value does not match. Being in several countries and places / hotels american hotels are really expensive. It does not feel like a hotel it is more a backpacker stay. Basic accessories. Nothing fancy. Sanitary stuff was rusted like shower and tap etc... so for american standards I would say 3 out of 5 stars. But compared to european standards price / value consideration I would say 2 out of 5 stars. It really does not give you the feeling to spend long time in the room. It is as I said before only a place where you want to sleep and get out as quickly as you can...

The owner was very nice and was able to help us with whatever we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Really reasonable price.

Disgusting indoor pool. water was green so couldn't utilize the pool at all. Not many options for breakfast.. should've just taken my own cereal but slept well after my long day.

Hotel close to attractions

I did understand from the pictures it was an older small hotel.....and that can be fine. However, it was the simple things such as cleanliness, staff communication, and basic maintenance neglect issues which take from this hotel experience. The hotel is located in a great spot to area attractions and it's small size seemed to provide a quiet stay.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Remodel rooms.
Location: Access to boats and downtown was good.
Arrived at 2:00 pm. No one in office. Dogs barking in the living quarters. A guest came in and said her car was not there so she was probably at another of their properties. Came back about 6:00 pm. and checked in. The timed heat light in the bathroom did not work. The other light was a flourescent recessed in ceiling but not in a proper fixture. It was also very dim. Safety lock on door did not work as a piece was missing from frame. Spa was being repaired. Mattresses were not in good shape. Carpeted Two out of 5 stars.

Front desk clerk was helping a customer in her room. Sorry for the inconvenience. We recently purchased the property and have a new hot tub ordered and is being put in in the Spring. Putting hardwood flooring in rooms over the next few months. Replacing mattresses in the Spring. We updated the pool and half of the rooms with new mattresses this year.
