I would definitely return, The hotel was very clean staff was very friendly and for the price i payed my mother-in-law and i was very surprised with the variety of breakfast they offered. Thank you Quality inn❤️❤️❤️

We came for a graduation at western and stayed one night & the walls were super thin! You can hear everything even the pipes, when water is turned on, toilets flushed.

The general manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He made sure our room was cleaned promptly so we could check in early. The breakfast was pretty good and the setting is tranquil.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I'll Never stay here again. I am unable to leave a lengthy review, but as a new local resident of Macomb -- I'd rather stay in my house with no water, electric & no working plumbing than to waste my money here. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, but nothing as bad as this place. EVER. Rudest staff I've ever encountered, countless disruptions & threats... (yes, the clerk up front threatened to call the law enforcement as I was checking out) Oh --- don't take any pictures in the lobby. She will snap her fingers at you like a dog. My Google has the elaborated version of my complaint... not enough space here. I'm usually very easy to please... but rudeness is a total understatement. Don't waste your $ here.. spend it on a more deserving business in town. SERIOUSLY.

The gentleman who checked in and out was pleasant. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The remote wouldn’t turn on the TV. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The “breakfast” was merely nothing. Overall, it was a place to rest but needs to focus on different things like the mold (looked as though it had just been painted over)

Made due but was not enthusiastic
I called before going and had a rude woman who bearly spoke english tell me what we wanted was not available even though i emailed and knew it was. Upon checkin a friendly elderly woman checked us in and was great, she even brought out more pool towels for kids to swim at 9pm. Breakfast the next day was horrible with the first womans voice from phone call i reconized running it breaking it down 20 min early as we ended up with cereal and a muffin at 845 15 min before it was closed. The second night my door handle fell off in my hand from the inside and i took it to the front desk where the elderly woman was again and said she would have them fix it in the morning so again very nice but shows its a bit of a run down place. The pool was good for the kids and they had noodles to play with so a few positives.

the only thing that left to be desired was housekeeping. The beds were not redone, the pillows were as we left them the night before and we also found a childs sweat shirt left on the floor near the chair.

the handle for the room door was a little shaky - the bathroom door stuck and the bathroom floor was a little dirty.. the deep end of the pool needs cleaning or resurfacing.. the WIFI is very sketchy - had to keep signing in over and over again and not a good connection.. we stayed there last year and everything seemed better then.. Barb was VERY friendly and helpful
