The room was gross with stained carpets. Upgraded to the suite for the couch. It was so worn and nasty looking, we told the kids not to sit on it. The bathroom was covered in mold. The toilet water was dirty when we got to the room. The door hinges were out of line and the door could not lock to the bathroom. We were very disappointed. Very overpriced for the condition of the room.

Def wanna use Comfort Inn another time.
Met a lovely gal in the reception, got our keys and headed up to our room. Quite big! I like that the TV is in front of the bed! :D Maybe not enough seats in the sitting area of the breakfast, but we got a spot, so we were lucky!

Val was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast area was very small so several people had to go back to their rooms with food. Two tables of customers were sitting and chatting long after they had finished eating which made the seating situation even more challenging. One of them spilled coffee all over the floor and just left it there. The hotel employee quickly got a mop and cleaned it up. :)

I thought that the price was reasonable and the breakfast was good. Like most establishments post Covid-19, staff shortages manifested itself in that the room I was assigned had not been cleaned well. That is not to say that I used a magnifying glass and spotlight looking for issues. Small pieces of paper akin to candy wrappers were clearly seen in a couple places, nothing gross. Overall, not bad for a place that has been through a few years suffering the wear and tear of the general public.

Great hotel.
Quickest check-in I’ve ever experienced in my life. In less than 3 minutes, I was on my way to my room. Beds are very comfortable. Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast variety. Friendly staff.

Horrible overnight stay
My family and I had overnight stay here and the room is very outdated, TV has lines in it, huge dogs were allowed in and they barked half the night, and people were hanging around outside all night long. The area didn’t seem to be in a sketchy location but the people in the parking lot made me and my family very comfortable, I couldn’t wait until morning for us to check out. I also didn’t like it was multiple entrances into the building with all the random people hanging around. We will not visit again.

Staff was excellant very friendly and courteous. Very much very clean. The homemade cookies were excellent. The breakfast was very good except you should have bacon for people that don't like sausage. My granddaughter and grandson enjoyed the pool. Parking was very nice very close to hotel entrance. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The lady that cleaned up the breakfast was a bit brash and rude. We still had 3 minutes left according to our cell phones and she wouldn't let us get more juice. Kinda dumb!
