Hotel is ok, room is big. Water didn’t drained properly in the bath sink and bathtub, bathtub looks old. Staff is very friendly and nice. There are no sidewalks around the hotel.

Was given a crib to use for our baby but was moldy and broken .Then our restroom had mold in the shower at the bottom and ceiling was chipping off .Bedframe had footprints and pubic hair on bedsheets .However hotel employees were nice but really sad about the situation of the condition of our room.

Bella at the front desk was exceptional in helping figure out an error Expedia made. There was no record of our check in sent to them- she spent at least 15 minutes trying to get things straightened out. Expedia said since the reservation was made less than 24 hours ago that that was the problem. Not sure how you can reserve a room for that same night then.

The reservation desk helped us out. At first they couldn’t find our reservation and we getting no where chatting with Expedia. The clerk, which I can’t remember her name, kept digging and finally found the reservation.

Bed was too soft and lots white stains on carpet below A/C. Breakfast was so average with same eggs as every other hotel. After 20 days in various hotels, could not eat that same old breakfast. Yuk!

The hotel and staff were fine. The only problem I had was the bed. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. It was so hard I ended up sitting in a chair most of th night.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Room very clean. I only stayed overnight, but impressed with my stay. I will be traveling to the area several more times and plan stay there again. Convenient to area stores and restaurants is a plus.

My stay was awesome! Check in to check out through text...easy peasy! The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Only negative I found was just a little spot on a wall with the drywall tape peeling. About 6 inches long. Great breakfast each morning.
