No snacks with out you having to buy them no ice machine on my floor my phone did not work not enough towels in my room the lobby was noisy I had some reedom person knock on my door late at night the plants in the lobby are over grown the bar is non existent

This hotel is very dated. Elevator was sketchy at best. Mattress appeared to be an original from when hotel was built. You could feel the springs

The sheets had stains, there’s trash underneath beds, it’s inconvenient for disabilities, they ask if you’re checking out all the time as if they’re pushing you to leave etc

Someone got the fire department called because they didn’t set the timer on their waffle at breakfast. Other than that it was nice.

The sheet was very good when we are done with house keeping and even before we renting the room we wiil make sure everything is good then only we will rent the room and i charged 40 becuase there was full of food marks on the sheet which I cant use that sheet anymore and im sorry for charging 40 and we suppose charge 100 but i charged only 40 and there is no bed bugs at all at out property. and Our goal is to make every customer 100% satisfy with their stay. we look serving you better in the future.

The property is not well cared for. There is no cleaning services. We had no towels in our room, no housekeeping services. Had to request new linens and change the bed ourselves. In the pool area, there is standing water on the carpeted floor. On top of that, our next door neighbors were up partying until 3 am and no one from the desk would address the issue.

The room was disgusting. Breach of smoke. Everything reek of smoke. The tiles in the ceiling in the bathroom more water stain. Toilet handle broke. Just an overall unclean situation. The bed was comfortable.

Everything smelled like cigarettes. It was dingy. The staff was complaining about each other. We were supposed to have two double queen rooms for 4 adults and a child and were given a double queen and a single bed.

We had requested a smoking room ...did not get one... the blanket on the bed was so thin i went and bought a blanket...the shower did not get above warm at best

Nice clean place to stay in and quiet. You will need transportation to get around but a few other places deliver. You can’t beat the price and the staff were great!

Every time we went past the front desk they were outside smoking. The doorway reeked with smoke as u walked in. At 730 pm the first room we get was not cleaned. Got a new room which was clean but quite scratched up. The curtains were falling off the window We won’t stay here again.

Yeah it wasn’t good
It was horrible. Triple booked rooms. Rooms weren’t cleaned when I arrived at 8:30pm. Tried to shower but was interrupted by a disgruntled guest because they thought I was in their room. That was the first of three times. Found a chicken bone in the ac/heat unit. Hopefully it tasted better than the appearance it made on the hotel and my thought of the cleaning criteria.

The hotel is unique especially with the big common room in the front with the pool in the game room and bar kids love the game room and pool.the staff was great my room was very clean it just needs updates I don't think its been updated since 1995

It started by the hotel being over booked. The room we got was a smoking room which is not what we reserved. The room felt old. After three hours of being in the room, my wife saw a bug on me. I killed it and looked at it and discovered it was a bedbug. After looking closer in the room, another was found. We left immediately and got a refund.

The hallways and staff smelled of pot- it hung in the air, beds were hard, tv was the size of my laptop. Went down at 545- no coffee no danish- no breakfast! I did not feel safe there at all!

It was filthy. The check in was ok; got a different (cheaper) rate from the hotel. There was trash in every corner of the room = dirty towels, garbage.

The staff was very friendly, but I think that was the only good thing. Very neglected, the bed uncomfortable, the pillows very bad. What the air conditioning made was sound, but it didn't cool.

This b property was under staffed, lounge never opened, breakfast was not there, room was dirty, toilet leaked, tv remotes did work, room phone didn’t work. Worker family members was at property all throughout the night using pool, hot tub, getting in the vending machine removing snacks at will snd you could never get a hold of front desk signers.

The property looked like it was very nice at one time. Now the lobby was hot and reeked of cigarette smoke. The pool and hot tub were small but worked well. The gym equipment was broken. The room was comfortable and seemed clean. The beds are comfortable although the pillows are to soft for me. The shower curtain has mold along the bottom. When we enter the room it was warm. The ac was off but cooled off quickly once we turned it on. It was acceptable for the one night we were there.

Staff was rude at check in. Acted like it was a bother to check us in. Later staff opened outreach room door shouting room service, then sand sorry. Later another. Gal tried to open our door, they had assigned her to our room, I booked an accessible room and got put on the 2nd floor. The room was. Musty and there was a cockroach in the tub. At breakfast there was no food. Migrant workers had emptied everything, no room service due to staff shortage, no discount for makeing our beds, would not r r stay here again,

It was fine for a one night stay. The pool and hottub were open but we did not use them. The room was older but clean. The AC worked wonderfully. The “comforter” was more like a second sheet. And the “breakfast” was a few granola bars and cereal. I had hoped for at least a muffin. Overall I felt safe and clean so it was a good stay.
