My only criticism is an exorbitantly high pet fee. The property is advertised on Expedia as pet friendly, but no pet fee is stated until you check-in. The grounds around the hotel were not groomed for walking our dogs. Reduce the fee or advertise it but don’t spring it on the customer. Bad business practice!
Awful front clerk. Not available for 30 minutes, no where to be found. Called corporate they were no help. Because we booked through Expedia, they could not help… just awful. Clerk made some completely joke of an excuse. Awful , did I say it was an awful experience
We stopped for one night on our road trip. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We wanted to watch football but we couldn't find the correct channel and the man at front desk was very nice trying to help us. We will stop here again.
Room was clean, however when I was packing to leave I saw a roach. Honestly only one I saw during my stay. Really enjoyed the pool however there was rarely any towels and when we asked for some my other half was met with a little attitude. Overall I have found Hiltons are usually pretty nice and accommodating. I would stay here again. Restaurant was delicious and Jordan is a wonderful cook!
Wonderful! Love the onsite restaurant, we brought our food to the room and then a nice dip in the hot tub! We were traveling home with our little dog after helping a family member relocate to Florida. Nice amenities after many days on the road!
I had a pretty decent stay at this property. The room was clean and I had no issues. However , I was taken a back on how outdated everything in the room was for it to be a Hilton hotel.
Great stay the only bummer was the hot tub not working. Other than that everyone was friendly beds were comfortable and spacious. Would stay again my husband has a ecv vehicle and easy to get around pool area
My first impression was What a beautiful hotel. The staff was awesome. The server @ breakfast on 11/12/22 during breakfast was so sweet & helpful. My daughter & her friend both left something behind there & they called me that night to tell me & give me info on how to get them back.
Our room was mistakenly given to another guest.socheck in took a little bit longer than normal . Manger took care of it and comped us a free breakfast . Front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. The restaurant was not so good no menu is very limited out of several items ( no bacon ) really breakfast with no bacon . Server was not very friendly order came out wrong and food was cold we watched it sit in the window for several minutes before we got it and server never came back by for refill on coffee I had Togo up and get it myself overall stay was not standard for a Hilton Garden . We travel this was often on our way to Florida and will not be staying at this one again
Wrong room style. (Staff did try to be accommodating but I know now NOT to use third party booking. Not as clean as I remember. You pay for multiple days but room is not cleaned each day.
