Breakfast bar cleared out; hotel had a large(100) family reunion staying there and no prep for breakfast bar; although they say 'free breakfast' included, it does not mean there will be food there; i had to go office site and pay for my own breakfast; poor management!

You may have us confused with another hotel, we have not had any large Family Reunions of 100 people. With that being said I am sorry to hear about the Breakfast Experience with that hotel.

PRO: comfortable beds, easy to adjust temperature, Keurig coffee pot, great shower head. CoN: roughest bath towels I have ever seen...one towel per person...extremely low toilet. Toiletry dispensers in shower (shampoo, conditioner, shower soap) either were empty or didn't work.

My opinion King beds should have 6 pillows. Toilet paper and tissue were like sand paper. For the price, step up your game. Bed was super comfortable.
